Check in is Mon-Sat 1:pm to 7:pm, Sunday 1;pm to 4:pm.
After hours check in must be previously arranged

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund less a $15.00 + HST administration fee.
• If you cancel 15 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund less 1 night's stay.
• If you cancel less than 15 days prior to your arrival, you will not receive a refund.

• Weekly Rentals during Peak Season - July & August
  Available from Friday to Friday
• Weekend or Weekly Rentals during Off Season – May, June, September, October
• Trailers are fully equipped with appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, BBQ, A/C, TV with cable, fire pit and picnic table.
• Guests are responsible for their own bedding, towels, toiletries, food and lawnchairs
• Trailers are pet and smoke free.

Check in 3:pm to 7:pm. After hours check in must be prevously arranged.
Security deposit of $150.00 is required on arrival and is refunded after an inspection is completed at departure.
